NJ - Teen arrested after dragging Burlington police officer
A teenager was jailed after he allegedly dragged a police officer nearly a mile alongside his car while traveling up to 70 mph.
The car didn't stop, traveling up to 70 miles per hour with the officer clinging to the side. Burlington police spokesman Major Tim Flack said the teens "laughed" at the officer and "were trying to knock him off the car" by swerving at objects on the sides of the roads.

Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?
