Mondragon is a 31-year-old white female, with brown eyes, blond hair, standing approximately 5'10" tall, and weighing 160 lbs. She has a tattoo of a flower on her chest and a blue butterfly on her left ankle.

The Benton Police Department is asking for the public's help in solving a missing person cold case that dates back to May 2013. The missing woman, Sarah Mondragon, was last known to be living at the I-30 travel park in Benton when she was reported missing by her family. It is believed she could be in the company of Elisio Estrada, 29, and possibly in danger. Estrada has an active homicide warrant out of Little Rock Police Department on an incident that took place in their city on April 7, 2013. There currently is not a picture available of Estrada for dissemination.

Estrada, 28, has multiple tattoos, including three dots beside his left eye and a cross tattoo beside his right eye. Estrada also has a tattoo on the right side of his neck, which is believed to read "Eliseo."

28-year-old Eliseo Estrada, also known as "Stranger", currently has an active Capital Murder Warrant for his arrest.

Many of the articles are from last year so some have his age a year off - it's definitely him though.

The last time she was seen was around April 10th, 2013 at the Colonial Park Apartment in Little Rock with Estrada.

Detectives in Saline County continue working on a cold case involving a missing woman from Benton, and to make the search more alarming is she was last seen with a man wanted for murder. Sarah Mondragon, 31, from Benton was last seen in May of 2013, but since then police continue to leave the missing persons case open with a major concern about just where she is. According to police, Colonial Park Apartments in Little Rock was the last known location of Mondragon before she disappeared.
