Police searching for missing man, 34 -

BAKERSFIELD -
The Bakersfield Police Department is requesting the community’s assistance in locating an at-risk missing adult. Russell Davis, 34, was last seen Thursday at about 6 p.m. near the Anne Sippi Clinic on Highway 178, approaching the canyon. Davis is at-risk due to his medical condition.
