    AL - Lequanetta March, 28, Madison, 17 May 2014

    Lequanetta Lela March

Madison police searching for missing woman -

Madison police are asking for helping finding a woman who hasn't been seen in a week. March was last seen leaving her apartment in Madison on May 17. She left in a silver, four-door 2002 Buick LeSabre with Alabama tag number 47W99L1. She told a family member she was going to help a friend with car trouble in Huntsville.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

"When from a long distant past nothing persists, after the people are dead, after things are broken and scattered, still alone, more persistent, more faithful, the smell and taste of things remain poised a long, long time like souls, ready to remind us, waiting, hoping for their moment amid the ruins of all the rest, and bear unfaltering in the tiny and almost impalpable drop of their essence the vast structure of recollection."

This does not sound good. I wish this case had more national attention.

Los, couldn't agree more about this not sounding good!

    Here's a news site's FB about it: https://www.facebook.com/waff48/posts/10152463828049653

Comments there seem to indicate she has a child of school age as one said her (L's) son is in class with the poster's daughter.

Another believes she works at a Subway (and gave a location but I can't figure out where it is. LOL) and said she may possibly be pregnant.

Obviously, grain of salt with those...

Anyone have any thoughts as to a possible nickname/shortened form of her first name of Lequanetta?

I'm trying to find more on her and am not being very successful with any of my usual means.

Lequanetta was last booked into the Madison County jail in September 2015:
