"When from a long distant past nothing persists, after the people are dead, after things are broken and scattered, still alone, more persistent, more faithful, the smell and taste of things remain poised a long, long time like souls, ready to remind us, waiting, hoping for their moment amid the ruins of all the rest, and bear unfaltering in the tiny and almost impalpable drop of their essence the vast structure of recollection."

Police were hoping to get a helicopter involved in the search today, but weather conditions prevented that from happening. Police say the key in helping to locate 24-year-old Natasha Winsor is finding her car, a 2005 grey Chevy Equinox...

Police say the last known contact with Winsor put her in the Birchy Bay area about 45 minutes to an hour after she was last seen. Police have searched ditches and woods roads in the area between Twillingate and Embree with no sign of the woman or her car...

Police say it is possible that Winsor's vehicle may be outside the search area and they are asking the public to keep their eyes open.
