A Brisbane, Australia-based former tennis player has been charged with the aggravated stalking of his girlfriend in Chicago, and is being held, on $500,000 dollars bail.

Seems like he flew from Brisbane and waited outside her house in Chicago, but she managed to lock herself in her car.

The suspect, Mark Terry Henderson, 32, has (or is??) coached at Northwestern and Western Michigan Universities.

Henderson was ranked number 1 junior tennis player in Australia, in 1999.

Henderson is a DePaul graduate who played for the Blue Demons for two years, where he earned third-team all-conference honors, according to a news release on the Western Michigan University web site, where he later served as an assistant coach.

Henderson also worked as a volunteer assistant coach with the Northwestern women’s team during the 2009 season, according to the WMU news release announcing his hiring.
