Westminster Police issued a missing person bulletin Tuesday for 19-year-old Lea Chali Porter. Porter, who was reported missing by her mother on June 5, lives in Pueblo County but was visiting friends in the Westminster area when she disappeared.

"That led investigators to getting a warrant for her friend’s apartment. Police have interviewed him multiple times. Police say Porter’s car was found in the parking lot, but her personal belongings were gone."

If there is any LE department capable and experienced to adequately handle a missing person's investigation, it is Westminster PD, jmo. They did great with Jessica Ridgeway's case, bless her beautiful sweet heart. :rose:
 
Federal Blvd, not the best neighborhood in the world, jmo, has a rep for being a rough part of town, jmo.
 
If someone can post a zoomed in photo of her tattoo, that would be really awesome and appreciated. The one on the fb flier is small.

The Westminster Police Department is currently looking for Lea Chali Porter. Lea was reported missing by her mother to the Westminster Police Department on June 5, 2014.
Lea is described as:

• White/Female
• Date of Birth December 28, 1994
• 5’5”
• 90 lbs
• Brown hair –has been known to have blonde hair
• Brown eyes
• Tattoo on her right wrist
• Her lower lip is pierced


Lea lives in Pueblo, Co., however she was last known to be visiting friends in the Westminster area, but has not been heard from since last Thursday.

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating Lea. Anyone who has seen Lea is asked to contact the Westminster Police Department 303 658 4360, or Detective Calhoon 303 658 4237.

She is so tiny. 90 lbs for 5ft5 is very very thin. I wonder if she had any medical issues that would make her black out if she was out walking somewhere.
 
She is just gorgeous. I wouldnt run too far with the weight thing. One of my best friends is 5'3" and 90 lbs, looks about the same size as this girl. Every woman in her family is tiny tiny and they're all perfectly healthy.

She looks very healthy to me. You can usually tell health issues/eating disorders by the cheeks and hers are beautiful. She looks the right size for her if that makes sense.

All of the other facts of the case are making me nervous. I hope maybe she was just upset and wanted to get away for a few days.
 
Beautiful girl and beautiful tattoo - I hope she returns home to her friends and family safe and sound, but I am worried for her, especially being so young and tiny.
