Identified! SD - Jackson Co., Female body in I-90 culvert, Jun'14 - Theresa Dashewich

Hope I'm posting this in the right place. But saw this in the local news this morning. Caucasian, middle aged female body found in a culvert off of I-90 exit 172. No identifying information found, foul play suspected.

The area they found her is roughly 90 miles east of Rapid City and Ellsworth AFB. It's also between well known tourist stops, Murdo, SD exit 192, The Badlands National Park exit 131 and Wall Drug exit 109.
It is tourist season, so there is lots of traffic on I-90 headed to Mt. Rushmore and the Black Hills and into Wyoming. So she could be from anywhere.

How far is this from where the two ladies were swept away in their car during the flooding? One found the other still missing?

That is exit 10 and this body is exit 172.
