Sarah Marie Privett
Advisory issued for missing Deming woman
LAS CRUCES >>New Mexico State Police has released an endangered missing person advisory for Sarah Marie Privett. Privett, 34, was last seen in Deming on Monday. She may be driving a red 2014 British Ford with an extreme glass design decal on the back window and a Mustang decal on the front window. Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.
"When from a long distant past nothing persists, after the people are dead, after things are broken and scattered, still alone, more persistent, more faithful, the smell and taste of things remain poised a long, long time like souls, ready to remind us, waiting, hoping for their moment amid the ruins of all the rest, and bear unfaltering in the tiny and almost impalpable drop of their essence the vast structure of recollection."

Here is a link to her FB. Not very active and few friends. Her last post was June 8 and she "liked" a post on a friends page on 6/14 at 12:54 am.

Same small town, same full name (as both include the middle name) and the age works - as she could well have turned 35 between her being reported missing and the arrest.
In addition, the article about the arrest mentions her ties to MN and her being taken back there by her father, and her FB page also has multiple MN ties and is where she says she was born.
And her FB indicates a soured relationship (which fits with there being DV charges on him b/c of violence toward his wife per the article)
Betting when they were trying to find her it was b/c of all of this. Initially she was considered the endangered and missing person.
Brown said the protection order was no longer active since Sarah had left the Healing House domestic violence shelter to be with Scott. The couple were allegedly believed to have left to California together. The female advised her mother, Sarah, of the molestation while they were living in Minnesota and Sarah failed to notify police.

Deming is not a booming metropolis, but can they not at least find someone who knows how to use spell check and grammar check to write in the media there? Or at least an editor who knows to do that?!
One error would be one thing, but this was a handful!
And it wasn't just spelling their last name wrong once which at least would have gotten past a spell check being run on it and would have come down to proofreading and editing!
How in the world does something like this get printed as 'news' and even a week later STILL not have been noticed and corrected?!
It's hard not to question if they have their facts straight if they can't even write, print, and publish something that doesn't have at least a handful of glaring spelling and grammar errors!
And these were only the glaring ones that jumped out at me while doing a quick read of this - I'd be shocked if there aren't more! Truly unbelievable on the part of all involved in this 'publication.'
His wife, Sarah Marie Privett, 35, is chagred with third-degree child abuse in Luna County. The casee unfolded when a victim's relative notified the Luna County Sheriff's Office about the alleged sexaul assault involving a minor. The investigation began in May of this year, with LCSO deputies conducting a welfare check on possible allegations of a child being molested by a family member her ein Luna County
Sheriff's deputies made contact with Mr. Prviett's family where the children were staying with their grandparents. The couple were allegedly believed to have left to California together.
Then I went to the page of their parent company and it's apparently just a lack of emphasis on details or editing.
