Police seek public's help in finding missing Jersey City man

The Jersey City police are asking the public's help in locating a man who has been missing since at least June 12. Nicanor Siawingco DeLaRosa, who frequents the area near the Five Corners branch of the Jersey City Free Public Library on Newark Avenue in Jersey City, was reported missing by his brother, who said he last spoke to DeLaRosa in April.
