I doubt there was an abundance of blood outside, it was dark when they originally started looking and also when your hyper ventilating trying to find a missing child you tend to look more for a person than foul play. Sound like within hours maximum that she was dead and little couldv'e been done. He probably tried to get her without a struggle and when she refused to go he hurt her.

Theses guys are a disease and need to be quarantined and eradicated!

Two years, five months and six days after her body was found, the accused killer of 13-year-old honors student Jasmine McDonald went on trial in her death.

Prosecutors said yesterday that Peter Cook, 32, broke into the home he once shared with McDonald's mother and repeatedly stabbed the teenager in the throat in her upstairs bedroom. Cook then allegedly moved her partially nude body into the basement of an abandoned home next door on the 5000 block of Ogden Street in West Philadelphia.

Neighbors who had been searching for McDonald found her Nov. 14, 2003, two days after she was reported missing, using sledgehammers to smash their way into the boarded-up rowhouse.
