82-Year-Old Sex Offender Could Have More Victims
An 82-year-old Oregon man accused of trying to rape and murder a woman near Estacada last month may have more victims, police say.
Louis Nemnich allegedly drove the woman to a forested area and nearly strangled her to death with a rope. He's now in police custody in Wyoming, awaiting extradition to Oregon.
He may appear frail and disheveled in new photos from Wyoming (pictured), but police say the convicted sex offender has a violent history of attacking women in several states over the past 60 years.

Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?
