    NY - Matthew Wright, 19, shot to death, Rochester, 23 May 2005

    Rochester police are investigating a suspicious death in the city's northeast. Police found the body of a man in a vacant apartment on Portland and Randolph. They say it looks like the body had been there for a while.

    Aside from feeling bad that no one knew this man was in there dead for that long, I feel horrible for the police and the people who have to "clean up" after him.

    Thank God, I didn't have to walk into that house.

    The saddest part is not that he died. Not that he was there so long. Not that there was such a mess.

    The saddest part is that no one noticed. Can you imagine how lonely this man must have been?
    Just when I think that I have seen the most depraved things a human can do to another human, somebody posts a new story...........

    Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?
