I actually have a mutual FB friend with him. I grew up in that area. He was active on FB after he was reported missing because someone comments about his name coming across the scanner as missing and he responds after that. It looks in my opinion that he willingly walked away and is not contacting his family.

Did he go missing on the 8th or the 9th? His FB profile picture was changed on the 9th...
Everything I write here is just my opinion.

In 2001 Sarah Kinslow vanished after being dropped off at school. Thirteen years have passed...where is she?

For Non-Sleuthers Who Might Even Think Of Harboring Someone Under 18:

    PA Title 18 - Crimes & Offenses - Chapter 29, Section 2904:

Old case that looks like we can mark as located - from this April 2015 article he was arrested for a drug offense:

Berks County law enforcement authorities weren't fooling around Wednesday morning as they went from one house to another in search of more than two dozen drug suspects. The countywide roundup, conducted by members of the Berks County district attorney's drug task force, the Pennsylvania State Police, the Reading Police Department and the Berks County Sheriff's Office, targeted 28 people on various drug charges, officials said. As of 3 p.m., 15 of the suspects were in custody; 13 were still being sought.
His name was in the list of those in custody:

Seth Kennedy, 18, of the 1800 block of State Street in Longswamp Township. He was charged with possession, possession with the intent to deliver, and delivery of heroin and methamphetamine.
