FL - Chalk one up for the good guys! Orlando
"ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A man was stabbed at a Lynx bus stop Wednesday morning, and a passerby held the alleged attacker at gunpoint for deputies, according to Orange County sheriff's investigators.
Investigators said Donald Sacco was stabbed several times at the bus stop on Orange Avenue near Sixth Street in the Taft area.
"I (saw) two men get off the bus. One got off faster than the other one," said witness Si Macon. "I looked out the window, and I (saw) one started to stab up the other dude."
Mason recorded video on his cellphone that showed another man, Jeffery Hopkins, jump from a car and hold the alleged attacker at gunpoint until deputies could arrive. He said the victim sat bleeding on the bus stop bench."

Former UCF SGA Vice President Andrick Lewis, who went on to become a public defender, was a victim of a racist rant from one of his would-be clients during a recent Orlando court appearance.
According to a report by Local 6, Thomas Thorpe, 51, appeared before a judge but refused to have Lewis represent him, apparently because of his skin color.
Two men who helped stop a violent attack and rescued a man during a robbery in Taft were among several people recognized by the Orange County Sheriff's Office for their "courageous action"...
Jeffery Hopkins and Joshua Juliano stopped to intervene and help a bleeding Sacco. Hopkins, who was armed with a gun, held Thorpe until deputies arrived. Juliano treated Sacco's stab wounds.
