A national manhunt is now underway for a fugitive who escaped from an Austin half-way house in October 2013. Kevin Patrick Stoeser is a soldier turned child predator -- and he's now one of the 15 most wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service. My Facebook page; I am grateful for the fact that two people who joined had colonoscopies, discovered cancer and are on the way to healing through treatment. Colonoscopies save lives! [A 3rd person has just been added. 8/7]

A human skull found two months ago by a family dog in Del Valle was that of a man on the U.S. Marshals’ 15 Most Wanted fugitives list, officials announced Monday.

After DNA confirmation and next-of-kin notification, U.S. Marshals confirmed Wednesday that the skull belonged to fugitive Kevin Patrick Stoeser.
