Anger, Truth and Picasso's Don Quixote.

He seems like he would have been a pretty interesting man.
Unless I've provided a link, most of what I say is my own opinion. Sometimes, I'm thinking out loud and may explore avenues I don't necessarily think are true, but I'm always aware I could be wrong, so I check other stuff out.

Wow ya - you don't see that much. Man of La Mancha!

Those other ones have great color so they may not be very old.

One tat looks like word truta which can loosely mean man or the man in Portuguse or prehaps Brazil. It is south American. There is a man missing from Ca who I think looks like him and his surname is Zinola which is a SA surname.

"The man, who had no identification with him, had longer black hair and a full, greying beard. He was wearing a black, long-sleeved shirt, a red vest with white polka dots, dark blue jeans, black sandals and a beige fedora. He wore metal-rimmed sunglasses and was carrying a black portfolio bag.

One tattoo spelled out the word "Anger" and another one spelled out "Truth."

Anyone with information should call police at 416-808-1100"

Recently, there have been a number of out-of-towners visiting for Caribana and the Jazz Festival in Toronto, perhaps this UID man was one of them,
he does not look unlike a jazz musician imo.

A comment says "A guy killed himself! Jumped in front of the train." The time matches when the man was last seen alive so I suppose it's safe to say they're talking about this UID. RIP.

Wonder if this man has been located? link includes pic.

“It is not out of character for Arnoldo REY to travel for extended periods of time but he usually keeps in contact with his family during his travels,” an RCMP news release says.

As might be expected, Rey speaks fluent Spanish and has a heavy Spanish accent.

“That makes it difficult to understand him at times,” RCMP say.

Rey has brown eyes, is 5’9” tall and weighs approximately 165 pounds."

Arnoldo Rey has been located (RIP Mr. Rey)

Rey Jr. was an early suspect, but in an initial police interview in October 2013, he denied any knowledge of what had happened to his father.

A few weeks later, however, he went to the police station and confessed. That day, Oct. 28, police found Rey Sr.ís body where Rey Jr. had said they would.

Looking for the image of the Don Quixote image and found this poem, which is rather poignant given the situation.. imo
