A three year old who went missing while playing outside with his siblings in Johannesburg has been found burnt and beaten to death inside a vehicle. Heartbreakingly, the identification was confirmed by the little boy's father, who recognised his face, and a scar. Police say DNA confirmation will follow soon.

'The father of Cuburne van Wyk, 3, who went missing on Wednesday, has confirmed that the body of a burnt toddler is his son, according to reports.'

'Police spokesperson Kweza said the child died as a result of multiple head injuries and burn wounds.'

'Police are still looking for 25-year-old Katleho Phoku, known as "Chicken", who they think could help with the investigation into the boy's disappearance.'

I do not understand how adults can treat a little child like this, whatever their mentality, we have laws and a Justice system.
May Justice be swift. :stormingmad:

Arrest!

'Johannesburg - Gauteng police nabbed a suspect for the murder of 3-year-old Cuburne van Wyk after a photo was circulated in the Reiger Park community.'

They're not saying who it was, but it was 'Chicken' they wanted to find so......

Glad the community came together to help police with this one.
