Paul Wilson was reported missing July 31 by the manager of his apartment complex, who said Wilson was last seen July 9, police said. Officers checked his apartment at 3400 S. Lake Mary Rd. and said it looked as if someone had gathered their belongings quickly and left.

Wilson's 1991 Chevrolet van was impounded on July 5 and police said they didn't know if he had access to another vehicle.

He is described as white, 5'8" tall and 190 pounds.

He had a DUI in March 2011 and the case in still ongoing (Case J-0302-CR-201100054), with latest entries in January 2020. I don't really understand what those entries mean, though they look like financial aspects to me.

What caught my eye were some entries "NEW ADDRESS PROVIDED" on 6/6/2016 and 11/15/2016 made by the defendant (PW), so that should mean that he was fine at those dates, which are after his going missing in July 2014.
