Sabrina Limon, 35, of Helendale, was arrested early Wednesday morning. But Thursday, the Kern County District Attorney’s Office decided not to charge her because of insufficient evidence, the Victor Valley News reported. Deputy District Attorney Esther Schlaerth told the newspaper that Limon could be charged if investigators find more evidence.

Citing court filings, the Bakersfield Californian reported Friday that Jonathan Michael Hearn and Sabrina Limon exchanged thousands of text messages prior to the murder of Limon’s husband, including one in which Hearn told Limon that with her husband out of the picture they could live their lives together. - See more at: http://www.vvdailypress.com/article/....5s7c06V5.dpuf

How the heck can they say there is not enough evidence against Sabrina Limon when:

The probable cause declaration says Sabrina Limon told Hearn where her husband was working and his schedule the day of the killing. Investigators said in the declaration that video surveillance captured Hearn fleeing the scene just minutes after Robert Limon was shot twice in the head.

How do we get a hold of the entire probable cause statement? Anybody know? (Kern County)

All she has to say is "I had no idea Jonathan intended to kill my husband". It sounds like LE had some circumstantial evidence, but the DA feels like it wasn't enough.

If Hearn did say; if Rob is gone we can live our lives together, that's a red flag. I would love to hear her side of the story. I wonder if we ever will outside of a courtroom?

Hopefully one of the media outlets will get a copy of the affidavit of probable cause.

“We always seen them around the neighborhood with his wife. They looked like a good couple,” said Obehi Aisuan, one of Limon’s neighbors in Silver Lakes.

The neighbor says soon after Limon was found murdered he saw Hearn over at the Limon’s home.

“The time they were mourning the husband and stuff he was one of the people that was over there,” says Aisuan.

Last night, Robert’s Limon’s sister told us she just wants justice.

“I’m not a hateful person. I’m just very angry,” said Lydia Marrero.

I have a feeling this 24 year old will tell LE about her involvement now that he's been arrested. I hope so anyway. RIP Robert. Prayers for his children.

This link (originally posted above) has an interesting comment. The comments are run thru fb, but I didn't find THIS article on their fb page!

Comment by user WW explains how you cannot accidentally find the job location. He's an employee and had trouble figuring it out.

    Partial comment:

All of the BNSF and UP employees I've talked to were NOT aware of the BNSF building where Rob was killed. We've never been there. We don't know how to get there. The guys in train service based in Bakersfield and Needles have no means of getting there because it's nowhere near the tracks from what I'm told. When you work on the train, you don't have a work vehicle to use. I always figured the Rapid Responder hung out at a restaurant or hotel parking lot in between calls, so the existence of the building was a surprise.*

That comment was very interesting, lots of detail we wouldn't have known. Even more interesting, the account the comment was posted from was created 13 hours ago (fake). That's ok, I hope the person continues to post, someone needs to speak the truth.

The more we learn the more I understand why the DA declined to charge Sabrina. The evidence against her is circumstantial, and a good defense attorney would blow it out of the water. The only way they could re-charge, is if the defendant can point investigator's to evidence that links Sabrina, that is not solely based on his word.

That was part of the evidence they used to charge her, which the DA said wasn't strong enough. Wish we knew more details.

The fact he was over at her house after Robert was murdered doesn't look good. Was she really grieving his loss?
