CO - Dorothy 'Lori' Jenkins, 57, Burnt Mountain, 17 Aug 2014
The Eagle County Sheriff's Office said they were notified on Aug. 18 that 57-year-old Dorothy L. Jenkins, of Aspen, had walked away from her campsite in the Burnt Mountain area, located northeast of Thomasville Colo., shortly after 2 p.m. on Aug. 17 and never returned.
A male party who was camping with Jenkins described her as wearing a maroon tank top and khaki or light colored shorts. She did not have any hiking/camping equipment with her at the time.
The man, in an interview with sheriff’s deputies, said he was going to take a nap around 2 p.m. when Jenkins walked away...
Asked if sheriff’s investigators suspected foul play, Mosher declined comment, saying the investigation is ongoing.
The Eagle County Sheriff’s Office, Vail Mountain Rescue Group, Aspen Search and Rescue, Pitkin County Sheriff’s Office and the Western Eagle County Search and Rescue group searched the area surrounding the campsite. No signs of the woman were located, the press release says.

Still No Sign Of Missing Aspen Woman In Eagle County
http://denver.cbslocal.com/2014/08/2...-eagle-county/No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. - 1 Corinthians 10:13 (NIV)

Not a whole lot of information here...
I wonder if the male she was camping with was a relative/husband/significant other?
How long had they been at that campsite/grounds?

Search and rescue teams have suspended efforts to find an Aspen woman reported missing northeast of Thomasville...
“Search efforts were called off on Thursday due to no clues to her whereabouts after a K9 search was conducted in that area,” said Eagle County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Jessie Mosher. A K9 unit from Garfield County Sheriff’s Office was recruited for the search, she said.
The man who was with Jenkins was interviewed by detectives but was not taken into custody, according to Mosher. When asked if foul play is suspected in the case, Mosher simply said, “This is still an active investigation.”
