SC - Leon Willis Horlbeck, 58, North Charleston, 21 August 2014
Horlbeck suffers from dementia and was last seen by a family member in the area of Glyn Terrace around 10 a.m., according to police.
Horlbeck was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black shirt with white writing on the chest, and Nike sneakers. Police also say Horlbeck walks with a cane.

However, police said the coroner's office would have to officially identify the body.
Deputy Coroner Dottie Lindsay of the Charleston County Coroner's Office identified the dead man as Leon Willis Horlbeck of North Charleston. The cause of Horlbeck's death has not yet been determined, Lindsay said. Foul play was not suspected.
