Found: One caiman, rather large, lizzard-like, lots of sharp teeth. Contact the Lane County Animal Regulation Authority. Please. No questions asked.
When a resident looked out his window on Friday he could have sworn he saw an alligator. He was mostly right.
The animal authority is hoping the caiman's owner will claim him. "We're not really set up for this kind of animal," Wellington said.

Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?
