At initial glance, the dates don't match up with Dawn Ann Solensky's case, but I found three different LKA dates plus she was reported missing 2.5 years after her LKA so I am discounting the dates a bit.

LKA
Per Charley Project: May 1996
Per Doe Network: May 1, 1996
Per NamUs: May 12, 1996

Case History
Per Pasco Sheriff's Office:
Missing person w/f Dawn Solensky was last heard from (via telephone conversation) two days before Mother's Day in May 1996. She was reported missing endangered in October 1998. Solensky (36 y/o at time of disappearance) was 5'2"/140 lbs. with blonde hair and blue eyes. Last known address was 26744 Glenhaven Road in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Foul play is suspected.

Per Charley Project:
Solensky was last heard from when she called her mother two days before Mother's Day in 1996. Her last known address was in the 26700 block of Glenhaven Road in Wesley Chapel, Florida. She has never been heard from again. Solensky wasn't reported missing until October 1998, two and a half years after her disappearance. According to her sister, she lead a transient lifestyle at the time of her disappearance and was involved with drugs and alcohol, but she always called her family once a week. Foul play is suspected in her case, which remains unsolved.

* She has (per various profiles) brown/blonde, brown, light brown or blonde hair & blue/dark blue eyes, like the UID.
* Her age, 36 years old, is the lower end of NamUs' estimate.
* Her height is lower (although within NamUs' range) and weight higher than the estimates.
* She reportedly led a transient lifestyle and was involved with drugs and alcohol. The UID appeared homeless and possibly died of acute alcohol intoxication.
* She was last seen before Mother's Day 1996 - and by most reports, heard from two days before the holiday although LKAs vary. However, she was reported missing more than 2.5 years after the generally reported LKA. The UID was found a little over a month prior to Mother's Day 1996.
* Ft. Lauderdale is around 4 hours and 250 to 275 miles from Wesley Chapel. I found online references indicating a person with the same name had a prior address history in Ft. Pierce. Ft. Pierce is around 100 miles from Ft. Lauderdale and on the same coast (East). If this is the same person, this could make a trip between Wesley Chapel (Florida's West Coast) and Ft. Lauderdale (Florida's East Coast) more likely.
* Fingerprint information is available for both.

I decided not to let the 3 to 5 weeks difference (depending on which LKA date you reference) between the UID's discovery date and Dawn Solensky's reported LKA stop me from submitting her for comparison. I sent the Pasco Sheriff's Office the UID's profile via their case contact form since both profiles have fingerprints available for comparison.

Dawn Solensky is now listed among the rule-outs on NamUs:
