Last week, Bruce Sullivan posted on his Facebook page asking for friends and family to send birthday cards for his daughter Hannah.

Three days after his public call-out, the loving dad was thrilled to update his “Facebook family” that they had received hundreds of cards and gifts for Hannah.

A Queensland dad has given his daughter an unforgettable 18th birthday party after writing a Facebook call-out for messages of “love and encouragement”.

Hannah Sullivan received thousands of gifts and messages at the surprise party, including a special video recording from the Wiggles and a present from her favourite band One Direction.

Hannah was shocked when she walked out this morning to find envelopes scattered across the floor and her home decorated with pink balloons – her favourite colour.
