Steven Nickerson was with Morris before she went missing and said she seemed a little upset that night, but he didn't know what was wrong. He said she insisted on driving back home to Fort Worth, but he never realized it would be the last time he saw her before she was reported missing.

According to the police report, she let a male friend of eight years stay there between 3 a.m. and 3 p.m. Morris told police that her
friend had a “drastic personality change” that came out of nowhere and started calling her “Nick” before asking for a shower.
Because she didn’t have water or electricity, a neighbor let him shower at his or her place, but after starting the shower, he took off
down the street, the report says. According to the report, Morris returned home to find her purse stolen and her home ransacked.
All her belongings were later recovered behind a frame store on Camp Bowie, with the exception of her Social Security card, the
    report says.

BREAKING: Aggravated kidnapping arrest made in connection with Christina Morris
Plano PD still searching for missing woman

At 7:50 a.m., Plano Police Department detectives executed an arrest warrant on Enrique Gutierrez Arochi, 24, at his Allen home.

    *snip

"The basis of this arrest stems in part from results of DNA samples that were collected earlier," said Officer David Tilley, Plano PD spokesman. "We still do not know where Christina is ... but it appears that she was in [Arochi's] car."
Tilley did not say what sort of DNA evidence was collected, only that it came back positive as Christina's DNA.

    *snip

"I’m glad they got him and I’m glad he’s not at his house anymore feeling like he’s got away with something," said Mark Morris, Christina's father. "Hopefully he talks now. He’s looking at a long time in jail."
The Morris family found out about the arrest when detectives arrived at their home to deliver the information firsthand.

Morris’ mother, Jonnie McElroy, told CBS11 that she wasn’t shocked by the arrest. “I knew from a mother’s instinct she was in that car all along. Now I need him to talk about where Christina is,” said McElroy

Affidavit: DNA of missing Fort Worth woman found on trunk of suspect’s Camaro
    Published: December 19, 2014 10:37 am

New details released Friday show that a swab taken from the edge of the trunk opening of Enrique Arochi’s Camaro was a perfect match to DNA of Christina Morris, despite Arochi’s statements to police that the missing woman was never in his car.

    snip

Documents related to that arrest had been sealed but then were released by the court on Friday morning.

Police say interviews show that Arochi was angry that night because another friend had “refused his sexual advances” and that “an opportunity presented itself for him to act upon his anger and sexual frustration when he found himself alone” with Morris.

According to the probable cause affidavit for Arochi’s arrest, the DNA sample of Morris on Arochi’s car was not from mere touch but more likely from a bodily fluid such as blood or saliva, according to analysis by Dr. R. Staub, the Plano Police Department’s expert on DNA.

Loved Ones Search Allen For Missing Woman
    December 19, 2014 5:40 AM

According to police records obtained on Friday, officers found a “significant amount of DNA” in Arochi’s car. The DNA came from the blood and saliva of a female. It was recovered from the edge of the car’s trunk opening. The police search and arrest warrants suggest that Arochi left the parking garage “with Christina Morris in the trunk” of his car.

Missing Woman Left Shops at Legacy in Friend's Trunk: Warrant
Friday, Dec 19, 2014 • Updated at 5:30 PM CST

According to the arrest warrant affidavit, Plano police believe "Arochi left the Shops at Legacy area and returned to his residence ... with Christina Morris in the trunk of his 2010 Chevrolet Camaro contrary to his statements that Morris was never in his vehicle" and that "he intentionally or knowingly abducted another person, Christina Marie Morris, with the intent to inflict bodily injury on her or violate or abuse her sexually."
During a news conference Friday afternoon, Morris' mother, Jonni McElroy, said she was disgusted by what she read in the report and that she remained as committed as ever to finding her daughter.

Affidavit reveals missing woman’s DNA found in Arochi’s trunk
Cellphone records indicate suspect returned to Shops at Legacy area

Many questions surrounding the Dec. 13 arrest of Enrique Arochi for the aggravated kidnapping of Christina Morris were answered on Friday, when the courts unsealed the search warrant and arrest warrant affidavits detailing the Plano Police Department’s investigation.
For the first time since Morris’ disappearance in the early morning hours of Aug. 30, Plano PD has named a suspect: Arochi, the Allen High School acquaintance Morris was last seen with on surveillance footage entering a Shops at Legacy parking garage at 3:55 a.m. that morning.

Search continues after affidavit reveals Morris was in suspect’s trunk
    Posted: Monday, December 22, 2014 1:43 pm

The search for Christina Morris, missing since Aug. 30, intensified over the weekend after search and arrest warrant affidavits for Enrique Arochi, the man charged with kidnapping her, revealed potential new clues to her whereabouts.

    snip

Toll tag records show Arochi’s car traveled through the Custer Road gantry on State Highway 121 at 4:08 a.m. Aug. 30. However, cell phone records show Morris’ and Arochi’s phones pinged a cell tower at 5800 Granite Parkway at 4:47 a.m. and 4:56 a.m., respectively, indicating Arochi returned to an area just north of The Shops at Legacy.
Arochi’s attorney, Keith Gore, released the following statement:
