I am once again confused. I have been reading for awhile that the media has been asking for the right to show 30 minutes after court has ended each day. Today I am reading that the media lawyer was requesting release 30 minutes after each SESSION. Isn't there a morning session and afternoon session of court each day? Does anyone know what term was used in the motion before the court? If it is session days that mean we might only be a half day behind in being able to watch?

YesorNo, I didn't mean to diminish the realness or severity of migraines. I just doubt anything Jodi says. IMO, going to court is just too boring for her. Rehashing the same lies over and over. Sitting in a holding cell for hours with nothing to read and certainly no one she would consider worthy of talking to. The 'relationship' she has with this case is longer than any she's ever had in the past. Jodi's ready to move on to other new pursuits. Too bad she brutally murdered Travis, huh? This is it for her. No more moving forward to new horizons.

:seeya:

Just marking my spot on this new thread so I can keep up with the latest !

:please: Praying for cameras in the courtroom so we can all watch Juan in action !

Don't worry about it Tartlemon :blowkiss: - no nit-picking from me- just stating that her migraines might be real.

She's, basically, "dead-woman-walking" (as "they" say) and she doesn't really have any new pursuits or new horizons(not any real ones, IMO) just what's in her deluded mind. New horizons- the tiny window in her prison cell- if she'll have one in her new cell. and Pfttt.

According to AZ Family:

"Video footage of Jodi Arias' Sept. 29 penalty phase retrial should be allowed to be broadcast 30 minutes after the end of each day's proceedings to afford the public their constitutional right to witness criminal trials, a media lawyer argued Monday..

"For many people, access to the day's proceedings ... will be their only means of attending trial which is their constitutional right," media lawyer David Bodney told the judge..."

I need some help in locating the Lawyer Thread. I am sure I read there is such a thread but when I put different words in the search box, I don't find what I am looking for. It is the thread where we can ask questions and lawyers answer....

Thanks in advance for the help.:fence:

In the last thread I posted about the "repercussions 4 call, and Neesaki asked what I meant, so I have been looking to see where I saw it the first time, and I found it again today Thanks again to YesorNo

"In a Twitter conversation that can be seen in the slideshow, an individual close to the defendant tweeted to Maria, "Sorry to bother, Maria. But rumor just hit that Jodi's no longer representing herself? Also, if you can, were there any repercussions 4 call"

Maria tweeted back, "She is no longer representing herself. And none yet."

I think this was on September 7th.

If you go to the top of the page, underneath the blue title area you will see this:

Home - Forum - Crimes and Trials - Trials - Travis Alexander Trial - The State vs. Jodi Arias - SIDEBAR #29- Arias/Alexander forum

SIDEBAR #29 is where we are now. If you click on the bit before that (which I've bolded) it will take you to a list of all the Arias trial threads, including the lawyer thread. Just look for "Jodi Arias Legal Question and Answer Thread *no discussion* #2". It's the second one down at the moment.
