I was wondering, could this child be Clark Toshiro Handa? http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/h/handa_clark.html

That's EXACTLY who I had in mind for this little boy! He could have actually disappeared in the months before, and the distance between both cities is just 6 hours.

I emailed the possible link and he replied that Handa Clark disappeared in August 1984 and this unidentified child was found in May 1984. So, therefore, he does not believe that he could be a match.

Can he be exhumed for DNA or was he cremated?
