Ricardo was last seen on August 19, 2014 getting into a car in Elkton, Maryland. Another missing teen, Jesse Veasey, got into the same car in the same neighborhood just 18 hours prior, and has also never been seen since. Ricardo was last seen in public between 11 a.m. and noon, when he got off the bicycle he had been riding near the park on Cow Lane in Hollingsworth Manor, abandoned it there, and then willingly entered the car, and it was occupied by the same heavyset man and woman. The FBI is offering $5,000 to anyone who can supply information leading to the location of Levenberry and Veasey.
