KY - Monica Wells, 34, Somerset, 14 October 2014
Pulaski County deputies are looking for a woman who they believe is in danger.
They are looking for 34-year-old Monica Wells, who was last seen at her home on Providence Road near Somerset Tuesday.
Family members told officers Wells got into an argument with Johnny Hendrix Tuesday morning. Detectives believe Hendrix's brother, Freddy Pennington, knows where he is and saw the assault. They also add they fear Wells was killed or hurt in the fight with Hendrix.
After the fight, deputies say Hendrix left the home on an ATV and was gone for two hours.
Family members have not seen Wells or Hendrix since that time.
Detectives also believe Hendrix’s brother, 29-year-old Freddy Pennington, may be with Johnny and likely witnessed the alleged assault. The brothers are believed to be driving a black 1995 Chevrolet Cavalier with Kentucky tags 793PJJ.

It doesn't sound hopeful that she will be found alive and well. Sad.

"We believe it is possible Hendrix transported Wells on the ATV deep into the wooded area around the Providence Road community" said Lt Brett Whitaker.

Pulaski County Missing Woman Found Dead Near Home
The search for a missing Pulaski County woman has a tragic end.
On Tuesday Monica Wells’ family reported her missing after she had no contact with them all day Tuesday.
Detectives said Wells had a fight with her boyfriend, Johnny Hendrix, that morning at their home. Because of the evidence recovered from the home, detectives feared Wells had been severely injured or killed in the assault.
The Somerset-Pulaski County Rescue Squad searched the area and found Wells’ body in a sink hole near the house.

from the above link:
"An arrest warrant had been issued for Hendrix on Wednesday charging him with domestic assault. Those charges are expected to be upgraded to murder.
Hendrix is on the run and is believed to be with his brother, Freddy Pennington, in a black 1995 Chevrolet Cavalier with Kentucky tag 793PJJ.
Investigators believe Pennington was a witness to the assault and want to talk to him.
Hendrix, 35, should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information as to his location is asked to contact the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office at (606) 678-5145 or their local law enforcement agency."

Thankfully Johnny is now in custody. They're still looking for his brother.

Another woman murdered at the hands of a man she trusted. Sucks............Unless I provide a link, every one of my posts are to be considered rumor, Speculation, or simply MY OWN OPINION.

The missing and murdered cannot cry out for Justice. It is the duty for the living to do so for them.

A small southern Kentucky community came together Friday night to remember a woman killed last week...
"Today she would have been turning 35," friend Frannie Bradley said. "We can't throw her a birthday party, and have her attend it with us. But we can celebrate the 34 years she was here with us."
Friends say the service wasn't just for Wells. It was for anyone who's in an abusive relationship. Those at the service wore t-shirts that said, "Love shouldn't hurt."

Monica Wells was the victim of murder…police say literally at the hands of her boyfriend, Johnny Hendrix.
“He crushed her skull. Knocked all her teeth out. Broke her jaw, her neck, arms, all her ribs and her legs,” said Helton.
And even shot her in the leg after what Helton calls an argument after a party involving lots of alcohol. Today he admitted the allegations.
Helton approached the judge... telling him she wished capital punishment was possible, just before Hendrix's sentencing. The judge followed the prosecutor's recommendation of 25 years in prison...
Helton says Wells' 8-year-old son is now in counseling because of the abuse he witnessed his mother receive.
