In Baltimore, suspected killer Jermaine Jackson (NO relation) is thought have posted a photo of his victim's body to his Facebook. He's been held in jail since Sunday.

Police say Jackson killed his boyfriend, 28-year-old Andre Nicholas, in his mom's basement. When she got home, he confessed and after seeing a plastic-wrapped body, she called police.

Police say they don't believe Jackson posted the photo from jail, and haven't been able to verify that it is a genuine photo of his victim, yet.

The image posted to the Facebook page of 28-year-old Jermaine Jackson around 4 p.m. Monday shows a large object on a basement floor wrapped in a sheet and plastic. That's how police said the body of his boyfriend Andre Nicholas, also 28, had been found by officers after Jackson allegedly confessed to his mother that he had stabbed Nicholas.

Jackson, however, has been held at Central Booking without bond since Sunday.

Instead, Silbert said detectives believe an acquaintance of Jackson had his phone and posted the photo. A corrections official could not comment immediately on the case. The city jail has been cracking down on contraband cell phones and installed phone-jamming technology earlier this year.
