The family and friends are trying to raise awareness to help find out who did this to this lovely lady, this crime happened in the community of Cocoa Beach, FL. There are things that happened that evening and a lot of rumors are flying around because of the tight knit community, some which may or not be true. The family and friends do not want gossip about the case and would ask that you respect them and let the investigators do their job. There a many security cameras in this community because it is a tourist spot, please help raise awareness for Jessica Erausquin, there is an instagram page, and donation account set up .There will be a justice for Jessica rally/march in cocoa beach Saturday November 8th at 2pm at the city hall ending at coconuts on the beach in cocoa beach. Cocoa Beach police have classified her death as a traffic homicide and said she died of blunt-force trauma in a hit-and-run. Her autopsy said she had multiple skull fractures, brain injuries and many cuts and bruises to her head, neck and torso. The autopsy also said she had bruises "consistent with seat belt marks."

Olga Erausquin and her family dispute that it was a random hit-and-run. They believe someone purposely hit her somewhere else, then took her body and placed it along Rose Drive, she said. "The neighbors would have heard something," she said.

Cocoa Beach Major Jay Harmon said "while we know a vehicle was involved, it is unclear at this time exactly how."

Jessica had graduated from Keiser University that May. Unable to find a job in her field of forensic investigations, the attractive woman started working as a stripper at the Lido Cabaret...

Erausquin said video from Lido Cabaret shows his cousin leaving with another dancer at about 11 p.m...

According to investigative reports put together by the private investigators, Jessica and the other dancer -- whose flight itinerary was with Jessica's body -- went to another club and possibly to a friend's house. A few hours later, Jessica was killed.

I knew this girl , she was an aquaintance growing up in queens I hadn't seen her in many years and I was shocked to learn what had happened to her. Unless the cocoa beach cops are just completely morons it's evident her death was not an accident not a hit and run she was murdered and no one is being held accountable for it. Unfortunately she is not the only girl I know from Queens NY who was murdered in the last few years the others killer has been caught and is paying for his crime I hope we can say the same about Jessica's in the near future.

Marylee Walker and Erausquin were dancers at Lido Cabaret, a topless bar in Cocoa Beach. They were both working the night before Erausquin’s body was found and were seen on video leaving together about 11:20 p.m., the affidavit said. Erausquin was extremely intoxicated and Walker gave her a ride, according to the affidavit.

Based on public court records from the above link:

Looks like she took a plea deal in 2019 and received no jail time. She was sentenced to 2 years community control, 15 years probation, and ordered to pay $17,000 restitution.

It looks like the case was reopened right when the pandemic hit with some sort of "motion to abate" the restitution payments she has due to the pandemic. Seems like that is ongoing...

She also violated probation. She is on house arrest and violated probation when her probation officer showed up and she wasn't home on July 4th, 2021.

She has a previous DUI charge with property damage and leaving the scene in 2008.
She has MULTIPLE traffic offenses including DWLS and fleeing and eluding (Osceola Co).

She was charged with Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon in 2010 after stabbing her boyfriend with a kitchen knife (the arrest report says both "cut" and "stabbed" so it's not clear which one).

Side note, part of her community control requirements included substance abuse treatment. When she completed that, a confirmation of completion was sent in to the courts including a discharge summary from "The Transition House" where she received treatment from 10/2019-4/2020 stating the following:

"Client reports she and a coworker were leaving work in Cocoa Beach and went to another friend's house to spend the night. Client reports that her coworker was uncomfortable and did not want to stay, so they left. Client reports that her coworker got out of client's car and the client went back to her friend's and spent the night."

I mean, she shows zero responsibility or remorse. She's definitely an alcoholic, repeat offender, and all around based on everything above. I can't imagine how Jessica's family must feel.
