    90-Year-Old Woman Locked In Sweltering Van For Hours

    Police are not expecting to file charges in the case of a 90-year-old Nebraska woman who lost consciousness after spending 10 hours trapped in a sweltering van.

    Police said Marguerite McClure had gotten into a senior group's bus for lunch early Wednesday afternoon. After lunch, the van's driver forgot to take her home

    Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?
