Dekreon is missing under unknown circumstances. He has a seizure disorder and may be hallucinating due to a change in medication. Dekeron may be in need of medical attention.

Police have planned a ground search Thursday for a missing 18-year-old man who disappeared from Solvay Nov. 23.
Solvay police officers, Onondaga County sheriff's deputies and state troopers will begin a ground search on Thursday at 8 a.m. in the backyards and areas surrounding Hall Avenue...
Residents in the area can help by checking their sheds, backyards, treehouses and vehicles, police said.

From the sounds of things, maybe he had a seizure and developed amnesia as a result. It's kind of odd that they would think that he would be hiding in other peoples' (did I spell that right?) cars or sheds. Does he have a history of any other mental problems than being prone to seizures?

Solvay police, along with Onondaga County sheriff's deputies, will be searching backyards near Hall Avenue and across the village and surrounding areas for Dekreon Reid-Cruz. The search will begin at 8 a.m. Saturday. Police officers and sheriff's deputies did a similar search for Reid-Cruz on Dec. 18.
Reid-Cruz, known as "De De" or "Day Day", is a 5-foot-6 inch tall black male, weighing 150 pounds with brown hair, brown eyes and medium build. He was last seen wearing a red T-shirt, possibly with the number 23 on it, and black gym shorts or pants, possibly sweats.
06-26-2015, 09:31 AM #5The Onondaga County Sheriff's Office has identified the human remains found near Willis Avenue Monday as those of a missing teen from Solvay.
Deputies say the remains have been identified as 18-year-old Dekreon Reid-Cruz.
