Bro & sis a year apart born at 42nd Street I-80 exit ramp

Omaha couple's 3rd child was born in same place as their 2nd: on 42nd Street exit ramp from I-80

The labor pains were coming about five minutes apart. So Sarah and Hugh Kam decided it was time to get in the car and go have that baby Thursday night.

They figured they would have enough time to travel from their home in northwest Omaha to the Midwife’s Place in Bellevue.

But just in case, Kam covered the leather seats in his Lexus.

He and Sarah had been nervous, but it’s not like they had never delivered a baby in a car before.

If there is a 4th child, I personally would leave a little bit earlier.

I would just plan a home birth at that point.
Nothing worse than having to get into a car while in labor.
