Many times frustrating computer problems can be solved by simply "clearing your cookies." Below are the best instructions I have ever read on how to do this. Thanks to my Internet buddy for sending me this.

The steps below show you how to clear your browser's cache. If you are not sure what browser you are using, please follow the steps below:
Click on the Help option on the Menu bar. The last option should start with the word "About". Highlight and click the "About..." in the Help menu. This will open a window telling you what you are using (Internet Explorer, AOL, Netscape)and the version number. The version might be a series of numbers and dots. The only one you need to know is the left most number (For example, my Internet Explorer says "Version: 5.50.4807.2300 so I would look under the Internet Explorer 4-5 instructions)
Internet Explorer 6
1) Select "Tools | Internet Options..." from the main menu
2) Click on "Delete Files" button (If you don't see "Delete Files" change to the "General" tab)
3) Click OK to Delete all files in the Temporary Internet Files.
