Three on trial in baby selling case.
Prosecutors say that a mother in southeastern Kentucky has pleaded guilty today to trying to sell her 10-month-old baby to a Michigan woman.
Jessica Cornett -- of Williamsburg -- has been accused of selling her 10-month-old baby to 30-year-old Kimberly Brick -- of Chase, Michigan.
Trimble says Brick also pleaded guilty today to a charge of selling or purchasing a child.
Cornett's boyfriend, 22-year-old Kenneth Couch, -- of Williamsburg -- also was charged in the case. He has pleaded not guilty.
Trimble says he recommended a two-year sentence for Cornett and for Brick. He says he would recommend probation for Brick if she testified against Couch.
