Affidavit: DNA of missing Fort Worth woman found on trunk of suspect’s Camaro

New details released Friday show that a swab taken from the edge of the trunk opening of Enrique Arochi’s Camaro was a perfect match to DNA of Christina Morris, despite Arochi’s statements to police that the missing woman was never in his car.

Documents related to that arrest had been sealed but then were released by the court on Friday morning.

Police say interviews show that Arochi was angry that night because another friend had “refused his sexual advances” and that “an opportunity presented itself for him to act upon his anger and sexual frustration when he found himself alone” with Morris.

According to the probable cause affidavit for Arochi’s arrest, the DNA sample of Morris on Arochi’s car was not from mere touch but more likely from a bodily fluid such as blood or saliva, according to analysis by Dr. R. Staub, the Plano Police Department’s expert on DNA.

Thread #27 and still no Christina. :gaah:

We head out in about an hour to search! We had a great turn out yesterday hopefully today will be the same.

At least we have a little more now to base our searching on. We will find her.

Any word yet from PI on this other EA "friend" that just moved into the shops that EA said he visited and had to park at the Blue Martini Garage?
1st- Wanting to catch him in another LIE
2nd- If true -Is this friend Male or Female? (could be unknown male dna?) since he obviously returned to the area confirmed by pings.
Perhaps he did go to the Blue martini garage before 5am???

1st time he left shops said he took Legacy - Lied - he took the toll at least to just past Custer at 4:08am
It was the 2nd time he left the area before or about 5 am he more than likely took Legacy route and was just East of Bethany Park at 5:32am

JMOM - I know you have said that Jonni searches with you guys - is she still doing that?

No one seems to know who this "friend" is. I am thinking he/she is a big fat lie, like everything else that seems to come out of his mouth. But that's JMO

Yep every day. Ronnie and I went on Friday without her. We put her to bed, she just couldn't go after the affidavit that she read. It made her physically ill. So we got her settled. We took her phone and he and I fielded press calls and she was able to rest a little. But she was out the entire day yesterday and I believe she will be there today. The new pic Britt posted of the searchers in the shape of a heart she is front and center with my Dad's walking stick, just like she always is. You can't keep Jonni from a search.

AMEN!!! That would make my life a whole lot easier and our searches a lot less daunting. Unfortunately we don't have that gap information but I sure wish we did. Process of elimination though. One area searched is another area that we know she is not at. Just that little bit we did get makes it a little easier as far as locations though. It is way better than the 4:08am to 10:15am gap we had before. So I will take it.

Yeah I saw her in the picture but was kind of hoping she was staying back after the information came out. It kind of worries me if you know what I mean. Best of luck today in your search!

I am under the strong belief (just based on the pings)
Arochi did not go home to Allen or the direction of Allen until the 5:32a ping.

I have a creepy feeling when looking at earth maps at the area Limestone Park Quarry - (north of SRT) the little FM 149 past Alma
Craig Ranch Ball fields area ..also Rowlett Cemetery area , there is also a creepy dirt/gravel road off custer just south of the SRT

All these areas are close enough and in the direction of 1st movement but yet enough time to return back to the Granite Park ping location at 4:47am/4:56am All within 10-12 min from Shops and back with about 15-20 min unaccounted for time frame.

Do we know for sure he didn't turn off his phone on the toll as previously indicated?

The location we are to search was gated closed this morning according to the search coordinator.

So - first thing Sunday morning and my hinky meter is off again.

Looking at Christina's Instagram, there's a photo of her and HF from Dec 2013.

If you look at the link posted -- the websa.me thing, it shows time stamps on comments. Now, I use Instagram and know the upload dates are correct, but I've never seen these comment time stamps before and don't know their accuracy.

That said -- does the comment on the photo mentioned above from "2w" ago from a certain apartment owner mean 2 WEEKS ago? Because that's kind of what I'm thinking, but she cannot be that strange, right? RIGHT?
