Albuquerque police officer Accused Of Raping Teen Girl
Albuquerque police have begun the process of firing an officer who is accused of raping a 14-year-old girl.
The city served Officer Timothy Chavez with termination papers Thursday. Chavez was arrested in late May for allegedly raping the teen girl, who he met through a telephone dating service. Court records indicate the DNA from the girl's body matched that of Chavez.
The case still has not gone before a grand jury. http://www.thenewmexicochannel.com/n...21/detail.htmlJust when I think that I have seen the most depraved things a human can do to another human, somebody posts a new story...........
Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?
