TX - Fake officer assaults woman
A Mesquite woman leaving a Dallas Wal-Mart on Wednesday night told authorities that an armed man posing as a police officer pulled her over, forced her into the back of his "patrol car," which had flashing emergency lights, and raped her while parked beside an access road.
About 10 p.m., a woman and her friend had finished shopping at the Wal-Mart just south of Interstate 30 near Buckner Boulevard and left in separate vehicles. Almost immediately, a large, white four-door sedan pulled up behind the woman and turned on what appeared to be emergency lights, police said.
The woman pulled over on a nearby access road east of Buckner Boulevard, near the Dallas-Mesquite border. The man walked up to her car and told her that she had committed a traffic violation but that he wouldn't give her a ticket if she had sex with him, police said. Frightened, she got into his car, where he attacked her, police said. http://www.dallasnews.com/sharedcont...p.74c2ad5.htmlJust when I think that I have seen the most depraved things a human can do to another human, somebody posts a new story...........
Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?
