Served 90 days in jail for 18 heart attacks
Elias Elias is back in Maine. But he says he's looking to make amends, not skip out on any more restaurant tabs.
He spent 90 days in jail after faking chest pains to get out paying for his meals. Prosecutors say he pulled the scam at least 18 times before he was caught.

Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?
