A human skeleton was found this afternoon in a rugged field on the south end of Brooks City Base...

Greene says there are indications that the body had been buried in a shallow grave, but he says wild animals may have disturbed the remains. He said the skeletal remains were distributed over a large area...

Greene says clothing was found at the scene, but it was too deteriorated to determine if it was male or female clothing. Detectives said the body may have been there for 'a year or more.

Brandon Lawson immediately came to mind, but he disappeared in/near Bronte- about 3.5 hours from where this body was found. Hope they release more info soon.

Bad phrasing on my part. The 43 included everybody I looked at: 38 in Bexar, plus 5 or 6 more (can't read my own writing

) from kind-of-nearby areas like New Braunfels and Seguin.

I live in a small town outside of San Antonio but my daughters ENT is right next to where this body was found so Im familiar with this area. There is a mental hospital near here and also obviously brooks city base. It is right off a major highway also. Not the best part of town. Havent heard much more on the news about this body-just that it was discovered. Will keep yall posted if anything else happens.

The location certainly works, less than a mile from her last seen address, that HEB grocery. I found her family's personal FB through posts on the public missing support group , posted in her thread. They're aware and waiting to find out, too.
