Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

"When from a long distant past nothing persists, after the people are dead, after things are broken and scattered, still alone, more persistent, more faithful, the smell and taste of things remain poised a long, long time like souls, ready to remind us, waiting, hoping for their moment amid the ruins of all the rest, and bear unfaltering in the tiny and almost impalpable drop of their essence the vast structure of recollection."

Colorado woman possibly missing in Utah
MESA, Colo. — An 18-year-old woman who has been missing since mid-December is believed to be in the Salt Lake City area, police say. Investigators acquired information saying the woman, Kelly Mae Myers from Grand Junction, may have hitchhiked to Utah, specifically Salt Lake City, Heather Benjamin with the Mesa County Sheriff's Office said.

Myers' Facebook account shows no activity since December 17, 2014, and the last her family members heard from her was December 18, 2014, Benjamin said. Myers' family said this is unusual behavior for her, and they are very concerned. At this time, she is not listed as endangered but as missing, Benjamin said.

No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. - 1 Corinthians 10:13 (NIV)

We are all one poor choice from being a subject on this forum. Think twice.

According to the above link, they still say she may have been hitchhiking.

So, when I first saw her story, I saw she had a warrant out (failure to appear)...I thought she might be missing because she might be eluding police...(did she harm herself?)

Is this related to her possible past involvement in drugs?

From the above link, "Cactus Park is located south of Grand Junction - and slightly north of Delta - On Highway 50. "

    Another link..

DENVER (Reuters) - The remains of an 18-year-old girl who vanished in western Colorado late last year have been found and the police are treating the teen's death as suspicious, authorities said.

I have not been following this thread, but I was wondering how the Human / Sex Trafficking played into everything? I noticed a few posts surrounding that topic.

Thoughts and Prayers out to the family.

Benjamin said the Sheriff’s Office received a number of tips in the case and investigators followed up on them. Benjamin could not say what led investigators to recover her body or whether an arrest is pending.
