Family searches for answers for missing Drew County man
Another day has come and gone in the search for missing Drew County man, Barry Harmon, 35.

Harmon went missing January 6th. The Drew County Sheriff's Office, State Police, Arkansas Game and Fish, and other surrounding counties have helped look for Harmon in the past nine days.

Drew County Sheriff, Mark Gober said Harmon was with his parents near Coleman outside of Monticello before he went squirrel hunting around 1 in the afternoon. Harmon parents told Gober he would be back before his children come home from school. 7:00 p.m. came around; Harmon's parents notified authorities he had gone missing. They have been searching for him ever since.

On Sunday, Searchers found what is believed to be his cigarettes and shotgun shells but still no luck in finding Harmon.

Thursday, Gober and about a dozen others searched a four mile radius in a heavily wooded area behind Harmon's parents' home, the location he was last seen.*

In the time he has been missing, temperatures have dropped below freezing.

Since he went missing, State Police have used a helicopter to search the woods behind his home and cadaver dogs were brought in – all with no sign of Harmon.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

"When from a long distant past nothing persists, after the people are dead, after things are broken and scattered, still alone, more persistent, more faithful, the smell and taste of things remain poised a long, long time like souls, ready to remind us, waiting, hoping for their moment amid the ruins of all the rest, and bear unfaltering in the tiny and almost impalpable drop of their essence the vast structure of recollection."

Unless I provide a link, every one of my posts are to be considered rumor, Speculation, or simply MY OWN OPINION.

We are the watchers. We are witnesses. We see what has gone before. We see what happens now, at this dangerous moment in human history. We see what's going to happen - what will surely happen - unless we come together: we - the Peoples of all Nations - to restore peace and harmony and balance to the Earth, our Mother.

That six-month update is a year old. Kind of makes you wonder if he decided to just take off and start a new life elsewhere.

A hunting vest recently discovered in Drew County could be a clue in finding a missing man...

"Some of the shells is still in the pocket and some are even corroded to the glove that was in the pocket with it," said Harmon.

So far, authorities have found no evidence of foul play, but Harmon said his gut tells him otherwise.

"He didn't go missing on his own," said Harmon. "He knows every rock and everything else in these woods around here."
A search of the area is planned for tomorrow, meeting up on Highway 83 at Coleman, about 1 mile past Hayden Loop Road on the right at 8 a.m.
