Police have confirmed that a body found in an allotment garden in Leicester last week is that of Sameena Imam, who has been missing since December 24th, 2014.

Sameena, from Cardiff, Wales, was a regional manager for Costco wholesalers and was last seen leaving the Coventry branch. Her BMW car was later found abandoned in the town of Luton.

Two brothers, Roger Cooper, 40, of Coventry and David Cooper, 38, of Leicester, were charged with her murder January 9. Their plea hearing is set for April with the trial due to begin at the end of June.

Friends are devastated and say Sameena was beautiful, ambitious and 'a bubbly' person who 'wore her heart on her sleeve'. Her uncle Javid Ditta posted on Facebook that 'This can happen to anyone's family'.

State say Roger had three lovers, Sameena was just one of them. When she gave him an ultimatum, he thought he might lose his job at the Costco store if she exposed their affair.

Roger Cooper, 41, allegedly decided to take Sameena Imam "out of his life" after she issued him with an ultimatum to leave his long-term partner.

It is alleged Mr Cooper, of Coventry, believed he would be sacked if Ms Imam, from Cardiff, exposed their affair.

Two brothers who used chloroform to murder a cash-and-carry manager from Cardiff have been jailed for life.

A judge at Birmingham Crown Court told Costco store manager Roger Cooper, 41, and ex-soldier David Cooper, 39, they must serve at least 30 years for killing 34-year-old Sameena Imam.
