Samantha Henderson, who is 24, was last seen at about 3pm on 21 January outside Corfe Castle Primary School.

In the new CCTV images taken at 11.41 that morning in The Sweet Shop in The Square in Corfe Castle, she can be seen wearing the same outfit which she was wearing outside the school later that day.

The images show Ms Henderson wearing a pink jumper or coat and light blue jeans. She had her long blonde hair up in a ponytail.

A 27-year-old man from the same village and who is known to her has been arrested on suspicion of murder. Her whereabouts are unknown.

Senior investigating officer Neil Devoto, of Dorset Police’s Major Crime Investigation Team, said: “We have not found Samantha yet and are gravely concerned about her, fearing that she may have come to some harm.

"Our search for Samantha is continuing and we are desperate for any information about her whereabouts.
"Samantha’s disappearance is completely out of character as she has never gone missing before leaving her four young children who are aged one, two, four and six."

Officers are also appealing for help in tracing the movements of Ms Henderson's car between Wednesday afternoon and Friday evening.

It is a blue Peugeot 307 Estate with the registration HV04 ZFM.

"I would like to thank the public for all their help and the information we have received so far," DI Devoto said.

"I am very keen to hear from anyone who may have travelled along the A351 and in the Corfe Castle area between 3pm on Wednesday 21 January 2015 and 5pm on Friday 23 January 2015 and captured their journey on CCTV or cameras in their cabs, cars or on their motorbike or bicycle helmets. This footage may be very useful to my investigation and I urge you to call me."

Ms Henderson’s home in Corfe Castle is undergoing forensic examination and searches are taking place in the wider village area.

Ms Henderson is described as white, five feet three inches tall, of a very slim build.

Detectives have been granted further time to question the 27-year-old suspect.

Dorset police are asking SM posters to keep questions and theories to a minimum, so as not to jeopardize the murder investigation. It's probably a pretty sensible rule that would apply across many cases. It basically suggests that some legal issues now apply since someone has been charged with a murder. Discussion might accidentally impact the case, be it guessing about possible scenarios or talking about the person charged... particularly in the case that the poster personally knows the people involved. There could be legal repercussions. VIs, please be careful (in all cases). The Dorset police went on to say that these issues are often why LE does not release information.

The accused appeared in court this morning he was not asked to enter a plea, he is to appear again Friday 30th January.

'A body found in a lake in Dorset had been formally identified as missing mother-of-four Samantha Henderson, police have confirmed.

The body was discovered in the lake at Ham Common in Poole on Friday.'

Her boyfriend Dominic Isom has been charged with her murder and his next court appearance is scheduled for July 13.

Rest in peace Samantha.

Samantha Henderson's partner pleads not guilty to murder charge

The partner of Samantha Henderson will face trial this summer after pleading not guilty to her alleged murder.

Dominic Isom, of Halves Cottages in Corfe Castle, appeared before a judge at Winchester Crown Court on Friday afternoon.

He had already denied killing the 25-year-old during an earlier hearing at the same court and it was confirmed that a trial is due to begin on July 13.

The 27-year-old was remanded in custody, to be returned to court for the trial.

More than 20 separate injuries were inflicted on her during the attack, Winchester Crown Court was told.

Dominic Isom, 28, is on trial for her murder, which he denies...

The jury was also shown underwater footage from a police diver who found Miss Henderson's body wrapped in a child's duvet. The diver said he felt what he thought was a hand and the shape of a head through the pink material, the court heard. Her body had been weighed down with stone slabs and metal items, and bound with straps.

Samantha Henderson, who was only 5ft 2in tall and of slight build, died as a result of "multiple blunt force" injuries to her head and neck, a jury at Winchester Crown Court was told.

Ian Lawrie QC, prosecuting, said that Dominic Isom, 28, admitted causing the death of the 25-year-old but denied her murder.

He said the couple, who had cancelled their wedding just a month previously, had a "fractious" and "jealous" relationship which led to arguments, mostly regarding previous relationships.
