We had 11 inches with sleet in between. What a mess and it is frigid. It's dark out and people are still trying to snow blow there driveways. Some schools are closed for tomorrow. A nasty day in and out of the courtroom.

Yikes! Four FEET? I ache from shoveling the 16 inches or so that we got. My piles are too tall for me to pile any higher. It better start melting very soon or I will have to hibernate until the Spring thaw. Have I mentioned snow shoveling does not go well with arthritis? Hard to use a cane when shoveling....

Yep- 4', but I only shoveled the back deck a little so The Queen could do her business early this AM.
The plow guy did the very long driveway this AM, but it snowed another ft after that. :( and looks like it needs to be done again. :(
We couldn't open the front door :scared: so he shoveled the front deck so we could open the door and he did the path to the driveway.
My son broomed the cars (but for naught- they need to be done again) and he did a better job of the back deck and path to the yard for The Queen.

It is now 2 degrees and I hate it. :gaah: (at least it stopped snowing)

Where are the people to help you?

It really irritates me that the Bishop had to deal with all these *advertiser censored* questions. What is the point?

I went to to bed at 9 last night.... mistake. Woke before 3 am. I will need a nap today!

The snow drifted around our front door so it was hard to get it opened. I managed to clear it from there to the sidewalk, then did a path from the back porch to the end of the driveway (one car length), but could not do another shovel's worth after that. I did one small loop around a huge pile for the dogs. Our wonderful neighbor a few houses down finished it for me.... the sidewalk is quite long since we live on a corner, and the snow plow had buried the end of the drive deeper than my knees. We have wonderful neighbors! (my son called and offered, but it was already done then )

Bishop is definitely done? Nurmi cannot call him back again? That poor guy, he did well. I do not understand why any defense team is allowed such latitude. :stormingmad:

Geez...I cannot imagine that much snow! We were lucky, it got a little warmer here and we got rain instead. A lot of rain + a yard full of dirt from them darn mole HOLES = mud everywhere. Taking my dog out is not fun. I have to put a leash on her when she does her business and then clean her muddy paws off with lots of wet paper towels. Then I dry her off with a bath towel next and then dry her paws off again with the towel. It's takes forever. I wear boots which are also muddy, so I leave them on the porch.

I feel for you all that got so much snow. YoN had 4 feet? That's almost as tall as I am! I am 5' 2"....Sending warm hugs to you, YorN and Ricki :grouphug: And anyone else I missed.

Then you all will have another slushy mess when the snow melts...IF the snow melts.
