OK - Jack Davis, 81, Poteau, 9 February 2015Jack Davis, 81, of Poteau was last seen at 305 Crest Court in Poteau wearing fleece pajama pants, according to a Silver Alert from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
Davis is considered in imminent danger of serious bodily injury or death because of proven medical or physical disability.
LeFlore County authorities discovered Davisí vehicle, a white 1999 Lincoln Town Car, about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday on top of Cavanal Hill, but Davis was nowhere to be found. Authorities have been searching the area.

Leflore County Sheriff Rob Seal confirmed crews have found a body on Cavanal Mountain...
The sheriff wouldn't confirm if the body discovered was Davis.

On 2-15-2015 at approximately 1:30 p.m. the Leflore County Sheriff's Office received a call that a body believed to be that of Jack Davis, had been found in a deep ravine on Cavanal hill in Leflore County. Responding units located the body of a elderly white male who was later identified as Mr. Davis. Davis had been reported missing from Poteau and a Silver Alert issued on the afternoon of 2-10-2015. Davis's vehicle had been located on Cavanal Hill in the later afternoon hours of 2-10-2015 and an extensive ground and air search was conducted for two days with no results. Davis was found in a deep ravine and a recovery was made by members of the Leflore County Sheriff's Office, Poteau Police Department, Poteau Fire Department and Leflore County Emergency Management. Davis's body has been sent to the State Medical Examiners Office in Tulsa for autopsy to determine the exact cause of death. No further details are being released at this time.
