CA - Decapitated animals found in Sacramento park
Sacramento, California, Animal services want to solve a series of four 'freaky' crimes against animals in six weeks, in Reichmuth park. The latest is a sheep, found in a box. Like other animals found before it, it had been beheaded.
'In January, a dead goat was found at the park inside a cardboard box and later headless chickens in a bag. In February, before the discovery of the sheep, a dead tortoise was found in a brown paper bag.'

Hopefully this is being taken seriously by LE as it could be a lot more than some perverse religious ritual.
Those poor animals, bless them.Rest in Peace

A cow? Where do you just get a cow to decapitate? Actually not where...but how?
Couldn't imagine it'd be easy to steal a cow.

Along with the headless fowl were three brown paper grocery bags, one of which had a few blood-covered one dollar bills sticking out of it. Also, the man found what he said to be the body of a guinea hen in another bag.
