"As the years passed, they (the three daughters) would ask their father Jimmy Setzer questions in reference to their mother's whereabouts, but he would get angry with them for asking," according to the report."

The oldest daughter, Susan Peavy, was 16 when her mother was hospitalized.
She described to investigators the last day her mother was hospitalized.
"Susan stated her and her sisters and father, Jimmy, drove to the hospital and her father went in to go see her mother," the report states. When he returned to the vehicle, he was angry because the hospital released her."
